Providing false, forged or incomplete information is a ground for immediate suspension or termination of service, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
3. Your account and connection

4. Equipment
Equipment we install — including the optical network terminal, router and fiber drop — remains our property unless we tell you in writing that you have purchased it. You agree to keep it safe, to allow our engineers reasonable access to install, inspect, maintain or recover it, and not to tamper with or relocate it yourself.
On disconnection, our equipment must be returned in working condition, subject to normal wear and tear. Loss of, or damage to, our equipment may be recovered from any security deposit or billed to you.

We may suspend or terminate the Service, without refund for the affected period, if the connection is used in breach of this clause.
6. Tariff, billing and payment
Charges for each plan are published on our Plans & Tariff page and are the tariffs filed with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India. Plans are billed in advance for the billing cycle you have chosen.
- Payment is due by the date shown on your bill. We may suspend the Service if payment remains outstanding after the due date and any grace period we notify.
- Installation, relocation, reconnection and equipment charges, if applicable, are payable in addition to the plan rental and will be told to you before the work is carried out.
- Tariffs may be revised. Any revision will be published on this website and notified to you in accordance with the applicable TRAI regulations before it takes effect.
- Refunds are dealt with in our Refund Policy.
7. Service performance and availability
The download and upload speeds published for each plan are typical speeds generally available to consumers, disclosed as required by the TRAI Quality of Service Regulations, 2024. They are not peak or burst figures, and actual speeds experienced can vary with your equipment, Wi-Fi conditions, the number of devices in use and the performance of the remote service you are connecting to.
We aim to keep the network available at all times, but the Service may be interrupted by planned maintenance, upgrades, fiber cuts, power failures, or events beyond our reasonable control. We will restore service as quickly as we reasonably can, and will give advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

We may suspend or terminate the Service where:
- amounts due remain unpaid after notice;
- the connection is used in breach of clause 5;
- we are directed to do so by a competent authority, court or under our licence conditions;
- the customer verification requirements in clause 2 are not met.
You may terminate your subscription by giving us notice through our consumer care number, email, or at our office. Charges for the notice period and any dues outstanding at the time of termination remain payable.
